2 TBS olive oil
3 medium onions thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 C crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
32 1/2 inch thick slices french bread

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil for 1 minute in large skillet. Add onion and reduce heat to medium; cook for 30 minutes. Stir in vinegar

In a small bowl stir Gorgonzola and cream cheese until well mixed.

Heat oven to 425º F. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Toast for 5 minutes to crisp. Spread tops with cheese mixture, then top with onions. Return to oven a baku until cheese is melted, about 8 minutes.
