8 oz cream cheese - softened
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 TBS sour cream
1 package dry Italian Salad dressing mix

chopped parsley
chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for parsley and chopped nuts. Mix with electric mixer until creamy. Divide into 2 and shape into two balls. Roll in chopped parsley or nuts. Chill until ready to serve.
