1 ¾ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cloves
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. baking soda
½ c. soft margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
Directions:
Directions:
Cream marg., sugar and egg together. Mix applesauce and baking soda, add to creamed mixture alternately with dry ingredients. Fold in raisins and rolled oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake @350º for 20 min. or until golden brown.
