2 C Hot Milk
1 Stick of butter or margarine
1/2 C sugar
1 Tsp salt
1 TBSP instant yeast
2 well beaten eggs
4 - 5 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
put hot milk, butter, sugar & salt into very large mixing bowl and stir until butter is completely melted.

While the butter is melting add 1 TBS of yeast to 1 cup of warm water - Not too hot as it will kill the yeast.

Add 2 cups of flour and stir well

Add 2 Well beaten eggs.

Add 2 - 3 more cups of flour until dough is consistency of donut batter.

shape into rolls and let rise until double

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until golden brown
