Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c unsalted butter
3/4 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
3 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c mini milk chocolate chips
3 Hershey bars, 1.55 oz broken into pieces
11 oz caramels
1/4 c heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Caramel: unwrap caramels and add cream and microwave at 20 second intervals, stirring until all are melted and smooth
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir often until it becomes brown in color, about 6 minutes. It will start to foam, then reduce down and then start to foam again. When it starts to brown, stir constantly so it doesn't burn. When it's done the foam is a light brown. Remove from heat and let cool 5-7 minutes.
Pour butter in large mixing bowl, add sugar and brown sugar and mix on low. Set aside for a few minutes.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Add eggs into the cooked butter and mix on low. Then add vanilla.
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Grease 9x13 pan and press half cookie dough into the pan, go up the sides about 1/4-1/2 inch. Pour caramel over the top, then put Hershey bars over the caramel. Place flattened pieces of the remaining cookie dough over the chocolate pieces until mostly covered.

Bake 350 for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
