1 c butter
½ c sugar

⅔ c packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c plus 4 T flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread dough into a 15½ " pizza pan. Bake for 20 minutes. When cool, may be decorated.
