1 c. shortening
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and peanut butter. Gradually add sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Stir together dry ingredients and blend into peanut butter mixture. Stir in choc. chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake @350º about 12 min. Makes about 6 dozen.
