Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c flour
1½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

1 c unsalted butter at room temperature

½ c sugar
1½ c brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla
1½ c chocolate chips
1 c chopped pretzels
1 bag of caramels, cut in half (about 30 caramels)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º..Use a baking mat or parchment paper on baking sheets.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Using a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. With the mixer on low, slowly add the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.

Form the cookie dough into balls. Place a caramel piece in the center of the dough ball, making sure the cookie dough completely covers the caramel. This will prevent the caramel from oozing out in the oven. Place on prepared baking sheets, about 2" apart. Sprinkle top with sea salt.

Bake cookies for 13 minutes, or until edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
