Directions:
Bake a butter cake mix by directions on box. When done, cool and cut layers in half, making 4 layers.
Mix:
1 box confectioners sugar.
3 packages of frozen coconut.
1 carton of sour cream.
Ice inbetween layers, around sides and on top. After icing let set for at least 24 hours before serving. Delicious frozen for a long time.
