1 (10 -12 ounce) jar pitted green olives
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
1⁄2-1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, zest of

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauté pan heat olive oil over medium heat. Add olives and chili pepper; sauté just until olives begin to nicely brown. Add garlic and sauté 1 more minute.Remove from heat to a small bowl and toss with the lemon zest.
