1 package Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
2 eggs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup (or to taste) Crushed Peppermint Candies
½ cup Confectioner's Sugar
½ teaspoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease baking sheets.
2. Combine cake mix, eggs, and butter in a large bowl and blend until just mixed. Stir in peppermint pieces, using more or less to taste.
3. In a separate small bowl, combine the powdered sugar with cornstarch and set aside.
4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on prepared sheets
5. Bake 8-9 minutes or until edges are set. Cool cookies for 1 minute on the pan and then transfer to cooling racks to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.
