4 to 6 Russet Potatoes (or potatoes of your choice)
Velveeta
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Salt
Butter

Directions:
Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into thick slices and then slice into long strips (like french fries) Layer potatoes in buttered casserole dish (or sprayed with Pam or cooking spray) Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dot with butter and chunks or slices of Velveeta. Add another layer of potatoes, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dot with butter and chunks of Velveeta. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes to an hour or until done. (I have learned to microwave them until partially cooked and finish baking in the oven) Yummy!
