: 1 c. sugar 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1c. butter, melted 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda ½ tsp salt 4 c. oats 1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in oats, and coconut. Chill dough 1 hour. Shape into 1” balls. Place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
