Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken, cooked
1 or 2 pkgs frozen mixed vegetables
1 Medium to large onion, chopped
1 large can whole tomatoes, chopped small
Salt & Pepper to taste
SeasonAll Salt, to taste
Catsup, to taste
1 pkg of Egg Noodles (medium or wide, your choice) I prefer medium

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water and/or chicken broth and cook until chicken is done. Remove from broth and set aside to cool. When cool, skin and debone and chop into bite size pieces. In the broth, add onions, salt, pepper, SeasonAll salt, chopped tomatoes, catsup and vegetables and simmer until veggies are tender. Add chicken into pot and simmer until hot. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles. (I don't add the cooked noodles into the soup because they get too mushy.) Place noodles you want into bowl and top off with the soup. Yummy! (Add enough catsup to the broth so that it turns an orange color)

I got this recipe from a girl many years ago (in the early 1960's) The catsup and SeasonAll Salt are a must in this recipe.
