1 Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil (I use a small container of unsweetened apple sauce in place of oil)
1 cup of water
3 bananas (very ripe), mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended, about 3 minutes. Pour into bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Bake approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upside down on a bottle. When cool, remove and place on plate. Cool completely before glazing.

Glaze for Banana Cake
1/2 to 3/4 box of powdered sugar
Milk
3 ~ 4 Tab Butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla

Pour in enough milk to moisten powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in melted butter and vanilla.

(Do not make too thick ~ it should be at a consistency to be able to pour but not be runny!
