1 dozen eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp mustard
1 tsp (or to taste) horseradish
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil eggs (5-10 minutes). Rinse in cold water so shells come off easier. Peel shells off eggs
2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks and place into separate bowl
3. Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish and mix well.
4. Place mixture back into egg whites (piping back recommended for decorative presentation)
5. Place on serving dish and decorate as desired (may sprinkle paprika on top)
