2 or 3 heads of Romaine, torn up
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
1 Avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
8 - 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (can use Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits)

Directions:

Place above ingredients in large bowl. Toss with Vinegrette Dressing.

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup Regina Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of sugar

Shake ingredients in jar and pour over salad.
