1 lb sausage (like Jimmy Dean's)
1 stick of butter
1 can Rotelle tomatoes
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
8 oz Daisy sour cream
1 dozen eggs
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. (Very hard to wash if you don't do that)

Brown the sausage and spread in pan. Cut cheese into chunks. Mix eggs, cheese, melted butter, tomatoes and sour cream together and pour over sausage.Let set overnight. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. (love this egg casserole ~ no bread or potatoes like most egg casseroles) Such deliciousness with no extra carbs or calories!
