1 ~ 6 oz can Tuna (I prefer Chicken of the Sea Albacore), drained and flaked
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tab Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp Tabasco Sauce
6 English Muffins, split and lightly toasted

Directions:

Mix together the tuna, 3/4 cup of the cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce. Spread about 1~½ Tab of the mixture on each English muffin half. Sprinkle with remaining cheese (about a tsp) Sprinkle tops with paprika. Broil about 3" from heat source for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Makes a nice lunch. Served with a side salad.
