Grandma's Egg Rolls Recipe

1/2 head of cabbage, sliced thin
4 eggs
2 medium onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
2-½ Tab Fish Sauce
1 Tab Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce, a couple of shakes
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork (not pork sausage)
4 pkgs Glass (rice) noodles, soak noodles in warm water
5 or 6 pkgs wrappers (25/pkg)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. (Keep wrappers covered with a damp towel or they will dry out) Put a small amount of the mixture in a wrapper and wrap tightly. Do not make too large but as uniform in size as possible. Deep fry in hot oil until done inside and browned outside. Delicious!

(This recipe is adaped from my dear friend Kim Adkins ~ also known as "the fish lady" by Zach from when he was little ~ he loved to go to her house and dangle his feet in her pond of goldfish ~ hence, the name "the fish lady!" And my grandson William learned to make these from her when he was about 11 and he still makes them today)
