1 large onion, chopped
3 medium carrots, diced
4 small potatoes, diced
1 small potato, grated
lots of seafood (about 300 to 400 g. of each): cooked lobster meat, shrimp with tails removed, scallops, salmon, haddock, cod and halibut
3 bay leaves
1/2 teas[ppm dried thyme leaves
1 litre of 18% coffee cream
1 can 2% evaporated milk
3 large chunks of butter
salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill a large pot halfway with lightly salted water, bring to a boil.
2. Add onions and carrots, cook until slightly tender, 10 minutes.
3. Add potatoes, cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Add the bay leaves and thyme.
5. Stir in seafood and cook over medium heat until salmon and cod are firm but chunks are still slightly translucent in the center, about 10 minutes.
6. Drain at least half the water and add the cream, evaporated milk and butter.
7. Season with salt and black pepper.
8. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until salmon and cod are full cooked and flake easily with a fork, about 30 minutes.
