1 1/2 cup flour
2 cups sugar
10 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
4 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup nuts

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter

Directions:

Batter:
Cream the sugar and butter, add the whipped eggs
Add all the other ingredients and mix well
Place in 9x13" pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes

Frosting:
Bring all ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 minute
Remove from heat and stir til spreading consistency
