Dough

5 C flour
4 egg yolks
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp salt
2 sticks of melted margarine (cooled to room temperature)
1 1/4 C warm milk
1 small cake of yeast

Filling

1 3/4 C sugar
2 LB ground walnuts
4 egg whites
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350

Dissolve yeast in slightly warm milk. Add flour, egg yolks, sugar, salt, melted margarine. Cover dough with plastic wrap and put in a cool place to raise for 2 hours to over night. After dough has raised, punch down and divide dough into 5 sections. Roll out dough and spread nut mixture onto dough and roll. Place seam side down. Cut vent slits in top and brush with egg wash. Cover rolls and allow to rest for 1 hour before baking.Bake for 30 - 35 min or until golden brown.
