16 oz cream cheese
16 oz margarine
4 C. flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

2 jars Bakers Apricot filling

Preheat oven to 325

Combine dough ingredients and divide into 4 sections cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle pastry mat with sugar and flour. Roll out dough on pastry mat to 1/8 in thickness. Using pizza cutter cut dough into 2 inch squares. Put 1/4 tsp filling in the center of each square and fold the corners over. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake 12 -15 min or until slightly brown on the edges. Cool on a wire rack.
