2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 ½ cup flour
1 (10 oz) package mint chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Beat melted chocolate with first five ingredients. Add flour to mixture.
3. Stir in mint chocolate chips.
4. Drop heaping teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 ½” apart.
5. Bake for 17 minutes until just set.
6. Cool on pan for 5 minutes.
7. Remove and cool on racks.

℘ Use a double boiler or a very sturdy pan to melt the chocolate, as chocolate can burn easily and then there is nothing to do but throw it out.
