Ingredients:  
Chicken thighs ( boneless/skinless ) ~ 5-6 lbs.
Seasoned salt
1 can condensed Mushroom Soup
1/4 c. Dry Vermouth or Chicken broth

Optional : 1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms or 16 oz. can


For Gravy
Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken pieces with seasoned salt & put in crockpot

In a bowl, mix the soup with vermouth or broth. Pour over chicken. Top with mushrooms

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or 7-9 on low


For Gravy ~ Spoon out broth into saucepan. Mix 1/2 c. cold water with 2-3 T. Cornstarch. Mix well and
add to broth simmering until thickened
