3 cups Bisquik baking mix
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick of butter, softened
1 pound sausage, hot or mild.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Make marble sized balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
