½ Cups Shortening
½ Cups White Sugar
1 Egg
1 ¾ Cups Flour
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add a little at a time. Roll in balls and roll in granulated sugar. Bake in oven at 375º F for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and place a hershey kiss in the center. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
