¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Package Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Shortening
1 ½ Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
½ Teaspoon Lemon Extract
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
¼ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let stand a little while then drop by spoonfuls and bake.
