Ingredients:  
1 bunch of broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
1 small onion chopped
Ritz crackers & butter for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain. Combine all ingredients (except crackers & butter) -- broccoli should be chopped in small pieces. Pour in baking dish. Crumble Ritz crackers on top in small pieces. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
