2 Egg Whites
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Cups Walnut Halves (I use about 3.5 cups)
1 Cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff. Add cinnamon, sugar & salt; beating after every ingredient. Fold in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto GREASED cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes at 300º F.
