2 lbs of (70/30) ground beef
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 pieces (heal) white bread soaked in water
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Wet hands
Make a meatball
Saute in frying pan on all sides
Move to sauce to finish cooking in sauce

Sauce
Kitchen ready tomatoes
Chopped onions
Chopped garlic
Salt n pepper
Can of paste
Saute onions garlic in olive oil
add tomatoes paste a can of chicken broth
Cook for 1 hour on low
