6 baking potatoes 2/3 cup vinegar 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 pound bacon 6 eggs 3/4 cup green onion, chopped 8 large frankfurters or smoked sausages lettuce
Cook potatoes in boiling water. Peel and dice. Add vinegar and seasonings. Fry bacon until crisp. Boil eggs 4 minutes. Combine potatoes, bacon ,2 tablespoons bacon drippings and chopped onions. Serve on a bed of lettuce with frankfurters or sausage.
