1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups milk

2 egg yolks slightly beaten

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:


In a medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt.

Stir in the milk.

Cook over medium heat.

Stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil for 2 minutes

Blend a little of the hot mixture into the egg yolks.

Then stir the the yolks back into the remaining hot mixture.

Cook for 1 minute longer stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat.

Blend in butter and vanilla.

Set aside for 10 minutes and let cool.

Pour into graham waffer crust.

Cool to room temperature.

Top with meringue.

Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Enjoy.
