Artichokes
Butter or Margarine
Italian Bread Crumbs
Chopped Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Parsley
Finely Chopped Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Chop off stems and remove bottom 2 layers of leaves, then chop off the top of Artichokes so they are flat.
-Boil until tender-about 30 minutes (save water after removing artichokes)
-Mix the rest of the ingredients together
-Place in Casserole Dish
-Stuff the mixture in between the leaves of the artichokes
-Add water to bottom of casserole dish and to tops of artichokes
-Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes
