6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
˝ tsp. salt
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 9x13 pan til it bubbles. Whip eggs and milk together. Sift in flour and salt. Pour batter into pan with margarine. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425 degrees. Watch as it cooks!

I remember, as a kid, sitting in front of the oven with the oven light on, excitedly waiting for the hootenanny pancakes to start forming peaks and valleys. It always seemed to take FOREVER, but I knew that when the peaks started to brown, it was time to eat. Mmmm....hootenanny pancakes smothered in butter and syrup was always a favorite!
