Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cups bread flour (2 lbs.)
2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of salt
2 Cups warm water
2 Pks Fleischmann’s very active dry yeast
6 Tablespoons of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. This is going to get messy so be ready. I use rubber gloves for this.

Mix the water, sugar, and yeast together in a small bowl and set to a side.

In a separate large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Add in the vegetable oil and start mixing together. Pour in dissolved yeast mixture and stir with your hands. Once you can form it into a ball, dump it onto a floured counter top and knead dough until it becomes smooth. If the dough is too dry, add a little bit more water, just a few tablespoons. When well combined, place the dough in a large oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth and place it in a warm area to rise for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size. When doubled in size, (test by poking it with your finger, it shouldn't push back out) Punch down the dough. Then start to form even balls for your rolls.

Split the dough in half, then half each of those in half and so on and so on until you have 30-33 balls. Form rolls and place in a grease circular pie pan. Place balls around the pan and one in a center. Now cover again and place in a warm place and allow them to rise again for about an hour. Brush melted butter on the tops of the risen rolls then place in the oven and bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
