2 C unsalted butter

2 C sugar ( grind fine)

2 Large eggs

3 tsp vanilla

5 C sifted flour

1 tsp. salt

1. Cream butter and sugar

2. Add eggs and vanilla slowly.

3. Add flour do not over mix.

4. Flatten between 2 peices parchment paper refrigerate 1 hr.

5. Roll to 1/4 " or less cut desired shapes

Place on parchment paper and bake 350º 10 min
