2 lb meat (moderately lean hamburger, although traditionally this would be lamb)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 Tbsp marjoram
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 medium onion minced
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350.
Mix thoroughly. Or best -- process in a food processor until even consistency.
Shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes, turning baking sheet half way through.

Slice and serve on a pita with slaw and tzatziki sauce.
