5-6 apples, cut into slices.
2 tsp cinnamon,
5 tbsp sugar,
3 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
1 cup oil,
4 eggs,
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tsp baking powder,
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt.

Directions:
Grease and flour angel cake pan. Cut apples-mix 2 tsp cinnamon & 5 tbsp sugar in a bowl set aside. Combine other ingredients in order and beat until smooth. Pour half of the batter into angel cake pan, arrange half of the apples over the batter cover with half of cinnamon and sugar mixture, then repeat. Place in preheated 350° oven and bake 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown
