.One pound soft salted butter. 1 1/2 Cups sugar.

2 egg yolks
4 1/2 cups sifted flour (not self rising)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together the sugar and butter.
2. Blend in egg yolks.
3. Add sifted all purpose flour (not self Rising) into the sugar/butter mixture. You have to work with it and kneed it with your hands....It's very sticky.
4. After its well kneeled, cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread out on a standard size cookie sheet with your hands. About 1/2" thick.
5. Bake 375 for about a hour. Very slightly browned on edges. Don't over cook.
6. Cut it with a Pizza cutter as soon as you get it out of the oven.
