2 egg whites
⅔ c. light brown sugar- packed
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Beat egg whites very, very stiff. Fold in sugar do not beat. Add nuts and chocolate chips.

3. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil (spray with cooking oil).

4. Drop tablespoon of dough onto the foil.

5. Place all cookie sheets in the oven at the same time. Once in turn off the oven immediately. Leave cookies in oven overnight. Do not open the oven again until the cookies are done.

6. To remove cookies from foil gentle pull foil away from cookie.

**If pressed for time cookies need a minimum of 3 hours in the oven**
