Meatballs

1 lb. Ground Beef
2 tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 slices of bread toasted and cut in small pieces
1/2 large onion
Pinch Marjoram
Pinch Thyme
1 cup evaporated Milk
1 Egg

Combine ingredients, form into balls (may use a cookie scoop). Brown meatballs in skillet or oven (preferred). If browned in oven, bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes in a glass baking dish.
 

Sauce

1 onion chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup water
1 cup Ketchup
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
In a sauce pan brown onion in butter. Once browned add all other ingredients into sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
