3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 cup pineapple juice
2 lemons, juiced
12 large marshmellows
1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cook in double boiler until thick, egg yolks, sugar, flour, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Add marshmallows and beat until fluffy. Chill well. Whip cream and fold into juice mixture.
