Geri's Sourdough Starter
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp. Canola Oil
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
The night before:
Take out 5 tbsp. of sourdough starter
Add 2 cups flour and 2 cups milk.

Mix and leave out overnight covered in a bowl.

In the morning:
Remove 5 tbsp. of starter and put back in sourdough starter jar.

Add to the remaining starter, eggs, oil, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Make pancakes or waffles as usual.

If sourdough starter hasn't been used for several weeks you need to re-charge.

To Re-Charge
Mix in 1 tsp. sugar into jar of starter and leave out overnight with the lid off.

If it's been several months since you used your starter, follow Night Before instructions and keep 5 tbsp. of starter and discard the rest.
