Crust- see crust recipe, add 1 tsp dried ground ginger, 1/2tsp cinnamon

filling-
16oz pumpkin puree
1tsp ginger
1tsp nutmeg
3/4c erythritol (powdered)
1tsp vanilla
4 eggs
16 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake crust 300, 15-20 minutes

Simmer puree 2-3 minutes. Add spices, sweetener; set aside
Beat cream cheese, add puree, beat until smooth. Slowly add eggs, vanilla.

Bake 300, 1 hour, turn off oven, leave cake in oven 1 hour. Cool completely.
