1 box Zatarains long Grain and WIld Rice

1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
4 green onions with tops
2 stalks celery
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 bag frozen english peas
1 lb shrimp, cooked


Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions
2. Saute bell pepper, onion, celery in oive oil in large skillet
3. Add mushrooms and shrimp
4. Add peas.
When all ingredients are heated through, pour rice and vegetable shrimp mixture in to 13 x 9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
