Do what Tom says——
We use either lemonade concentrate or store bought sour mix, they both work well, but the concentrate probably freezes better.
Shake well and serve.
This is excellent frozen to a slush. Put in the freezer until some, or all becomes slush. If it freezes completely, it will quickly become slushy when left out of the freezer, or break it up with a fork.

Personal Notes:
My friend Barbara and I found ourselves in a bar in Elmira, NY. I asked the bartender for a drink, and he asked what I liked. I said I like sour, but amaretto was too sweet. He guaranteed I would like a chambourd sour, and he was correct!
