"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

We were introduced to this recipe by Jen & Scott, who we met in Kansas. I had never heard of the dip, but Jen said it was really good, and it was! I think they were on the forefront of the hot artichoke dip scene. We spent many fun times together with them, Amy & Dave. Many meals and good times were had by all.
It was great to meet another vegetarian out there in the land of “Pork-the other white meat.” signs. Thankfully they were good cooks, as well as good friends!
