Uncle Ben's Rice
Beef Bullion Cubes
Bacon
Sea Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Chop pork steaks into bite sized pieces. Fry bacon to use grease. Brown pork in pan with bacon grease. Add pepper and sea salt over pork that is browning (to taste). Add fresh bacon bits to pork. Add water and beef bullion cubes (2 bullion cubes per cup of water). Add enough water so pork is almost covered in pan once browned. Let pork and broth simmer for 1.5 hours (covered). Boil water for rice (only use as much rice as the number of pork steaks - in terms of approximate servings). Mix rice and pork. Serve.
